Are these prices fixed?
They're indicative starting prices so you know roughly where you stand. Every job is still quoted free after a quick assessment — the final price depends on your home, the rooms and devices involved, and the hardware you choose.
Can I start small and add to it later?
Yes — that's the point of starting with the network foundation. You can add rooms, devices and automation over time without redoing the groundwork.
Do care plans lock me into a contract?
No lock-in. Care plans are month-to-month support so you get priority help and proactive upkeep, and you can change or cancel any time.
Do packages include the hardware?
Packages are supplied-and-fitted where stated. For Starlink, you buy the kit and plan directly from Starlink and we install it. We'll always confirm exactly what's included in your written quote.
Who does any electrical work?
Birch Tech is a registered cabler — we do the data, control and integration. Hardwired mains work is carried out by our licensed Level 2 electrical partner under AS/NZS 3000.
