We install a router that uses your main connection normally, then switches automatically to a 4G/5G or Starlink backup the instant the primary drops — so EFTPOS, phones and staff stay online. Higher tiers bond links for even more resilience.
Can you do Starlink for Business?
Yes. We help you choose and set up Starlink for Business and install and configure the hardware. We're an independent installer — not an authorised Starlink reseller.
Do you support multiple sites?
Yes — we roll out and manage connectivity across multiple sites with consistent hardware, monitoring and a single point of contact.
What's the response time if something goes down?
Our Always-On Business tier includes a guaranteed SLA response window plus proactive monitoring, so often we're onto an issue before you notice it.
Who do we contract the internet plan with?
You contract directly with the internet provider — we broker and install. That keeps things simple and means you're never locked to us for the connection itself.
